Horse Camp Retreat

Spring: March 7-8th, 2025 | Fall: October 10-11th, 2025

Pack your bags and come out to camp for a weekend with your favorite horses & horse camp staff! We are so excited to launch this all new overnight retreat for girls, ages 8-16. We plan on offering this retreat twice a year (Once in the Fall and once in the Spring). You’ll enjoy a variety of different activities like bareback riding, group lessons in the ring, barn activities, creek stomping with the horses and tons more! Some activities will be weather permitting but you can be sure, no matter the weather, you will enjoy LOTS of time with the horses! We can’t wait to see you there! DROP OFF: (*NEW THIS YEAR!*)

Check in is at 4pm on Friday evening at the Cliffside Cabins. Please follow your GPS directions to 72 Bertolet School Road, Spring City, PA 19475 and just before you reach that destination, you will see the pond to your right (behind the hedgerow). After the pond/hedgerow, you’ll see a driveway on the left just before a large stonefront building (our gymnasium). You’ll make a left to go up that driveway (Timber Lane) and make your first RIGHT to arrive at Cliffside Village where your child’s cabin is. Morgan, the Horse Camp Director, will be there to check you in and show you to your cabin.

**Please make every effort to drop your camper off on time. We’ll be eating first thing and then heading up to the barn for activities. If you think you will be late, please reply to this email and let us know in advance to avoid confusion during programming that evening. Thank you!

PICK UP: Saturday evening at 8pm at the Cliffside Cabins.

Meals: Dinner Friday evening and Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Saturday

Cancellation Policy

Stillwater Stables’ Cancellation Policy for Horse Bible Club & Riding Retreats

Once payment is made for Horse Bible Club or the Stillwater Stables Riding Retreat, we have saved that spot (possibly turning away other campers) and have begun the process of preparation for the event. Last minute cancellations are extremely difficult since it is nearly impossible to fill the spot with another camper and we have already incurred expense for the program. Due to this, any cancellation made less than 2 weeks before the session start date will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded. Cancellations made prior to that 2 week timeframe will be refunded in full. Thank you for your understanding and agreement to these terms.
