Horse Camp Retreat

Spring: April 12-13, 2024 | Fall: October 18-19, 2024

Pack your bags and come out to camp for a weekend with your favorite horses & horse camp staff! We are so excited to launch this all new overnight retreat for girls, ages 10-16. We plan on offering this retreat twice a year (Once in the Fall and once in the Spring). You’ll enjoy a variety of different activities like bareback riding, group lessons in the ring, barn activities, creek stomping with the horses and tons more! Some activities will be weather permitting but you can be sure, no matter the weather, you will enjoy LOTS of time with the horses! We can’t wait to see you there! DROP OFF: (*NEW THIS YEAR!*)

Drop off will be at 4PM at the Sankanac office building across from the main parking lot (GPS: 68 Bertolet School Road, Spring City, PA 19475). Please take your medications to check in but leave your other things in your car and check in at the office to find out what cabin to drive your camper and their belongings to. The office is the large white house with green trim across from the main parking lot. Campers will be staying in our cozy warm winterized Cliffside Cabins which have bathrooms and they will use the Mill Building (dining hall) and the Barn for the majority of their activities during the day.

PICK UP: Saturday evening at 8pm at the Cliffside Cabins.

Meals: Dinner Friday evening and Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Saturday

Cancellation Policy

Stillwater Stables’ Cancellation Policy for Horse Bible Club & Riding Retreats

Once payment is made for Horse Bible Club or the Stillwater Stables Riding Retreat, we have saved that spot (possibly turning away other campers) and have begun the process of preparation for the event. Last minute cancellations are extremely difficult since it is nearly impossible to fill the spot with another camper and we have already incurred expense for the program. Due to this, any cancellation made less than 2 weeks before the session start date will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded. Cancellations made prior to that 2 week timeframe will be refunded in full. Thank you for your understanding and agreement to these terms.
