About our Guests
We are excited to announce that on Saturday night at 7PM of our father/son retreat. Chris Ivey, a professional theatrical juggler, will be joining us for a one hour show. Chris performed twice at our summer camp this year and truly blew everyone away with his skill & presentation. You don’t want to miss it! Father/Son attendees only.
About our Speakers
We are excited to announce that our guest speaker this year will be Pastor Tim Crans. Pastor Tim will be speaking on our identity found in Christ. We will be diving into God’s word as we look at King Solomon’s life laid as out in the book of Ecclesiastes. This topic is sure to impact our youth but will also be a great challenge for us Dad’s! Pastor Tim has 20 years of pastoral leadership experience with the last 15 being the senior pastor at Wagontown Bible Chapel located in Wagontown, PA. This coming September, Tim will celebrate 19 years of marriage with his wife, Corrine. They have 4 sons, Clay (16) Hunter (14) Wyatt (11) & Blaine (9). Tim also relates very much with our Call Outdoors team because he is an outdoor enthusiast. Tim puts on an awesome church game dinner every year that we were privileged to speak at a few years ago! we are looking forward to what pastor tim will share with on this upcoming father & sons retreat!
Guys will be housed in our various cabins and retreat facilities around camp. We try our best to give everyone their own space! However, if you’re interested in rooming with another Father/Son or a group (which we encourage!), please reply to this email or add the names of the other guests in the cabinmate request box when registering. We encourage church groups to email us with a list of attendees so we can house you all together. If you need accessible or other special housing arrangements, please let us know as soon as possible. Most cabins are unheated, so warm bedding and clothing are recommended. Thanks!
All programing will be finished at 9 P.M. on Saturday evening at the conclusion of the Theatrical Juggling Show by Chris Ivey. However, you are more than welcome to stay another night at camp (Saturday night). We will provide a small continental breakfast at 7 A.M. for those who choose to stay over. We do strongly encourage everyone that attends our father/son weekend to attend your home church. Don’t miss out on worshiping with your home church body! 🙂
